This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Bezzze.com. Please retain your original proof of purchase, receipt, or sales order to request a return.

Undamaged products may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. After receiving and inspecting the item, Bezzze will process your refund.

 

* Returns must include all accessories.

 

* Items must include original packaging.

 

*For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Bezzze will only refund the cost of the product itself.

 

*Returns may be rejected if items do not include all accessories or the original package.

 

Mattress: We have a friendly 100-Night Trial on each of our mattresses purchased on Bezzze.com. You have 100 nights from the day of delivery to decide if the mattress is right for you. If you are not satisfied, simply contact us. We'll work with you to address your concerns and if we can’t find a way to resolve the issue, we will take the mattress back and refund your money, minus the return shipping fee. The mattress will need to remain in good condition - no drool, stains, or mysterious smells - with the necessary documents, including proof of purchase to ensure a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

 

Submit a return request via our customer service email: info@bezzze.com with your order number and purchase email.

 

Once approved, we will provide the return address.

 

 

Refund

 

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

NOTE: 

 

  1. This policy applies to products purchased at Bezzze.com covered by the Bezzze Return and Refund Policy. If you purchased a Bezzze product at any of our partner sites, then your return window and conditions are defined by that specific retailer.

  2. If your old mattress and/or box spring was picked up through our service partners for disposal, then a service fee of $75 per unit will be deducted from your refund.
