How do I place an order?
You can place an order at www.bezzze.com. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If you prefer to order by phone, please contact us at 1-890-303-5251, Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm (EST).
Order Processing Times
For US Orders:
Most US orders will be shipped from our New York distribution center, depending on the products you purchase.
Please allow for warehouse processing time of approximately 2-3 days and shipping time of 2-5 business days.
What if I have problems placing an order?

What shipping addresses do we not support?
Does Bezzze.com offer international shipping or delivery to Alaska or Hawaii?
Currently, we only support shipping within the lower 48 states, but we are working on expanding! Please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we start shipping to other areas.
1. Free shipping within the United States, except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico.
2. No delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam
3. No delivery to PO Boxes, DPO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses
What payment methods can I use to place my order?
www.bezzze.com accepts PayPal, Visa credit cards. We do not accept international credit cards for online purchases.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as we have not sent you a tracking number. Once the tracking number is emailed to you, the order cannot be canceled.
Shipping
How do I know when my order will be shipped?
Once your order has a tracking number, it will be automatically sent to you via the email address you provided in your order. Depending on the order, it may take 1-7 business days to receive the tracking number. If you still haven't received it after 7 business days, please contact us and we will help you as soon as possible.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Our mattresses are shipped in oversized packages via freight service. You will still receive a tracking number so you can track your shipment. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. If you need your mattress sooner, please contact our customer service representative for a quote on expedited freight. Please note that this service is not available in all areas.
Once the shipment arrives at a local distribution center near you, our freight service representative will contact you to arrange the final leg of the shipment.
All deliveries must be scheduled Monday through Friday.
Please allow approximately 2-3 days for warehouse processing time and 1-2 weeks for delivery. Depending on order volume, delivery may take up to 3-5 days.
If there is an unusual delay due to large order volume, we will always make it clear on the product page.
Can I ship on Saturday?
If you are interested in Saturday delivery service, please contact us and we will find out if your local freight dispatch center is able to provide the service and provide a quote. If we can provide this service, there is an additional charge and we will need to invoice before the delivery date is finalized.
For all other products: 5-7 business days.
These are considered standard sizes and shipped via a parcel service such as FedEx or UPS.
Any parcel shipping orders placed before 5am EST will be shipped the same day.
Parcel shipping orders placed after 5am EST will be shipped the next day.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, expect 3-5 business days for shipping.

White glove delivery, assembly, and removal includes:
We offer white glove delivery and installation of adjustable bases within the United States for $250.
This service ensures your BEDGEAR adjustable base and mattress arrives safely and is properly installed. Service includes: professional shipping to your home, assembly of the base in the room of your choice, and removal of all packaging materials, allowing the mattress to be placed in your ideal room and assembled to your preferences. Once assembly is complete, our team will also remove all packaging materials.
